Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Manager with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Electrical Operations and Project Execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical project execution, site operations, manpower management, material planning, client coordination, and ensuring projects are completed within the defined timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and supervise electrical project execution and site operations from start to completion.

· Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day electrical project activities.

· Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project timelines.

· Manage electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

· Supervise and manage site engineers, supervisors, technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.

· Allocate manpower and resources effectively according to project requirements.

· Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.

· Review electrical drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical specifications.

· Coordinate with the design and engineering teams for resolving technical issues.

· Plan material requirements and coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

· Monitor material consumption and minimize material wastage.

· Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable standards,



project specifications, and safety requirements.

· Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

· Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and take corrective actions.

· Prepare and maintain project progress reports and documentation.

· Coordinate testing and commissioning of electrical systems.

· Handle client meetings, site inspections, and technical discussions.

· Review contractor and subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed as per requirements.

· Monitor project budgets, resources, and execution schedules.

· Ensure proper implementation of Electrical Safety Standards and EHS practices at project sites.

· Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and requirements to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5–7 years of relevant experience in Electrical Operations and Project Execution.

· Strong experience in Electrical Project Execution and Site Management.

· Experience in handling multiple project activities simultaneously.

· Good knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.

· Solid knowledge of electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.

· Experience in manpower and contractor management.

· Experience in material planning and coordination.

· Strong client and consultant coordination skills.





· Good knowledge of electrical safety standards and site safety practices.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Good leadership and team-management skills.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

· Willingness to travel to project sites whenever required.

Preferred Technical Exposure

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

· HT/LT Panels

· DG Sets

· Cable laying and termination

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

· Relevant industry certifications will be an advantage.
