About the Role

Mikan Engineering & Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to support electrical and instrumentation design and engineering activities for industrial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;) engineering drawings and documents.
- Develop and review instrumentation layouts, cable schedules, wiring diagrams, and termination drawings.
- Assist in preparing Instrument Index, I/O Lists, datasheets, and equipment specifications.
- Support the selection and specification of field instruments and control systems.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Civil, Process, and other engineering disciplines.
- Review engineering drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Assist in site queries, technical coordination, and design modifications.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation engineering principles.
- Basic understanding of industrial instrumentation and control systems.




- Knowledge of P&ID;, Instrumentation Drawings, Cable Schedule, and I/O Documents.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.

Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of EPLAN, SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI), or other E&I; design software will be an advantage.

Education
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Instrumentation design/engineering.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered based on project requirements.
