Role Description The Electrical Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Electrical

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components for plate fabrication machinery, including power distribution and control systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing electrical schematics and layouts, selecting appropriate electrical hardware, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and supporting installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.



The role involves troubleshooting electrical issues in machinery, coordinating with mechanical and production teams, and documenting technical specifications and reports.

The Electrical

Engineer will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Electrical Engineering, Electricity, and core Power Systems.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills in Electrical Design and Power Distribution for industrial machinery.
- Experience with industrial automation, control panels, and PLC-based systems is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is typically required.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings, use CAD/electrical design tools, and prepare documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in machinery manufacturing, fabrication equipment, or heavy industrial environments is a plus.
