Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based at Hartmann India Private Limited in Dera Bassi.

The Electrical

Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and maintaining electrical systems for production lines, utilities, and plant infrastructure. Daily activities include monitoring power distribution, troubleshooting electrical issues, coordinating corrective and preventive maintenance, and ensuring safe and reliable operation of equipment. The role involves working closely with project, mechanical,



and production teams to support new installations, upgrades, and energy-efficiency initiatives.

The Electrical

Engineer will also ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes and standards, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of plant performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Electricity principles relevant to industrial environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design for plant equipment, control panels, and utility systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems, including load analysis, fault diagnostics, and system reliability.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Distribution, including LV/MV distribution, switchgear, and protection systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, process plants, or heavy industrial facilities is preferred.
- Working knowledge of relevant electrical standards, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CAD or electrical design software is an advantage.
