Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, including AC/DC drives, cooling tower fans, motors, PLCs, sensors, servo motors, SSRs, and VFDs.

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure plant utilities are running efficiently.

- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

- Develop a deep understanding of plant operations and processes to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-7 years of experience in Electrical & Maintenance Engineering or related field.

- Diploma/ITI degree from NCVT or equivalent qualification; B.Tech (Computers) preferred but not mandatory.

- Robust knowledge of AC/DC drives, cooling tower fans, motors, PLCs, sensors, servo motors, SSRs, VFDs.
