Hiring: PMC Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PMC Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to oversee, review and coordinate E&I; engineering activities from design through commissioning on behalf of the client, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, cost, schedule and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review E&I; engineering deliverables including SLDs, load lists, power distribution, cable sizing & routing, instrument index and datasheets.
- Review DCS/PLC/SCADA control system architecture and ensure design compliance with applicable IEC, NEC, ISA and IEEE standards.
- Participate in HAZOP, SIL and design review workshops.
- Review vendor drawings, documents and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors and monitor vendor deliverables.
- Support technical bid evaluations for E&I; packages.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Mechanical, Civil and Process.
- Track engineering progress and identify design risks and mitigation measures.




- Provide technical support during construction and review installation practices.
- Handle site queries, deviations and change management.
- Conduct site inspections and audits.
- Review and approve FAT, SAT and Loop Checking procedures.
- Witness testing and commissioning activities and support troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements.
- Prepare and review technical and progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
- Master's degree is optional/preferred.
- 8 – 15 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
