Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and student-focused Academic Advisors/Senior Counsellor to guide learners in making informed education and career decisions. The role involves counseling students, understanding their academic goals, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students via calls, chats, and in-person interactions
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses/colleges
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and timelines




- Follow up with interested students and convert leads into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduates preferred)
- Prior experience in education counseling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with targets
- Willingness to work from office in Ahmedabad.

Mandatory Requirement:
- Personal laptop is required
