Hiring: Video Editor (3 Months Internship / Performance Based Full-Time Role)
We are looking for a dedicated Videos & Graphics Editor for a 3-month remote internship with an immediate transition to a full-time role based on performance.
What You Will Do
- Longform Editing: Edit 30–40 minute multi-cam 4K footage.
- Shortform Repurposing: Extract high-impact, hook-first clips (subtitles, graphics, sound design).
- Thumbnails: Design high-CTR, editorial-style YouTube thumbnails.
Requirements:
- Desktop-Only Workflow: You must work on a dedicated desktop/laptop setup capable of smoothly handling and exporting 4K footage (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro). No mobile editing apps (CapCut on phone, etc.).
- Editorial Pacing Sense: You understand conversational rhythm, pauses, and emotional beats of formal conversations—no meme sound effects every 3 seconds.
- Design Fundamentals: Solid grasp of typography, layout, and contrast for both on-screen graphics and thumbnails (Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma).
- Reliability:
Strict adherence to turnaround times and feedback loops.
