- 13 years experience
- ED / Emergency Department Facility Coding
- CPC certification
- Experience with facility/technical component coding
- ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS

The candidate should be coding the hospital/ED services provided to the patient, such as:

- ED facility charges
- Hospital resources/services
- Procedures performed in the emergency department
- Facility E/M coding
- Diagnosis and procedure coding from ED documentation
- ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS assignment for the facility claim.
