Title: Financial Literacy Trainer

Location: Schools will be assigned between Cuffe Parade and Borivali. (Frequent travel can be expected)

Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Timings: Between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive Financial Literacy sessions for school students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach concepts such as budgeting, saving, banking, investing, entrepreneurship, digital payments, and responsible financial decision-making using age-appropriate examples.
- Use activities, games, case studies, simulations, and real-life scenarios to make financial concepts practical and easy to understand.
- Plan sessions, manage classrooms, assess student participation and progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with schools and the Gyansthan team regarding schedules, curriculum implementation, attendance,



and other programme requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Financial Literacy, Commerce, Economics, Business Studies, training, or teaching will be preferred.
- Robust understanding of personal finance, banking, investments, budgeting, and other fundamental financial concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling across Cuffe Parade and Borivali based on assigned school locations.
