Urgent opening for the position of a UK based Pharmaceutical for the position E-Commerce Executive

Location: Adajan, Surat, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and update products on e-commerce platforms.
- Create and maintain product listings, titles, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory.
- Process and monitor online orders from order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch and customer-support teams.
- Monitor stock availability and update inventory regularly.
- Handle returns, cancellations, replacements and customer queries.
- Track sales, orders and product performance.
- Manage marketplace accounts and resolve listing/order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare basic sales/order reports.
- Support online promotions, offers and product campaigns.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce and online marketplaces.




- Valuable computer and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of product listing and inventory management.
- Freshers with good computer skills can also apply.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate — E-commerce, BBA, BCom or related qualification preferred.

Experience

0–2 years in e-commerce, marketplace operations, order management or a related field. Freshers are welcome.

Job Time

01:00 PM to 10:30 PM (From April to October)

02:00 PM to 11:30 PM (November to March)
