Ecomm Manager - International Marketplaces - 4 Years - Faridabad We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to build and manage the organisation's international marketplace business across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and Target Plus in the US market. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in international e-commerce, Amazon Global Selling, Walmart Marketplace, Target Plus, 0-to-1 launches, P&L; ownership, retail media, and cross-border operations.

Future Employer A profitable and fast-growing D2C consumer organisation operating in the beauty and personal-care space, with in-house manufacturing and R&D.; Having established a strong domestic business, the organisation is expanding its presence in international markets and is looking for a hands-on leader to build and scale its US marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end P&L; for the international e-commerce business, including revenue, contribution margin, advertising spend, logistics costs, and profitability by platform and market.
- Drive Amazon international strategy and execution, including seller/global selling account setup, catalog management, advertising, pricing, promotions, and review generation.
- Manage Walmart Marketplace, including seller onboarding, catalog operations, Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), logistics, retail media, and advertising.
- Drive Target Plus strategy and execution, including partner application, catalog management, merchandising, and advertising.




- Lead 0-to-1 launches for new marketplaces, markets, and channels, covering account setup, compliance, catalog localisation, logistics, fulfilment, and go-live.

Requirements

- 4-7 years of experience in international e-commerce, marketplace growth, or D2C export.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon international/global selling, with experience in Walmart Marketplace and/or Target Plus.
- Proven experience taking a market, channel, or marketplace from 0 to 1 and building the initial operating playbook.
- Strong understanding of seller account management, catalog operations, marketplace advertising, retail media, and merchandising.
- Proven P&L; ownership, with an understanding of contribution margin, advertising efficiency, logistics costs, pricing, and commercial trade-offs.
