Role Description The E-commerce role at Yūgen Attire is a full-time position based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing online product listings, monitoring inventory and pricing, and ensuring that product descriptions, images, and categories are accurate and compelling. The role involves tracking website performance, analyzing sales and customer behavior, and preparing reports to support data-driven decisions.

The E-commerce professional will coordinate with customer service to resolve order and delivery issues, collaborate with marketing on online campaigns and promotions, and support smooth checkout and payment processes.



This position also requires maintaining a high-quality customer experience across all digital touchpoints and suggesting improvements to enhance conversions and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online platforms, drive revenue, and support promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track key metrics, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address customer queries, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain a positive brand image.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with basic office and e-commerce tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, e-commerce dashboards, order management systems) and an understanding of online payment and logistics processes.
- Relevant experience in fashion or retail e-commerce, familiarity with marketplaces and brand websites, and a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid workplace from New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting is essential.
