Role Responsibilities

- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel for the Principal, ensuring optimal time allocation across stakeholder engagements, school visits, and strategic reviews.

- Prepare briefing materials, presentation decks, and executive summaries for school board meetings, parent forums, and regional education authorities.

- Act as a liaison between the Principal and internal departments (academics, admin, HR, finance) and external partners (vendors, inspectors, government bodies).

- Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and compliance deliverables tied to CBSE norms, school ratings, and academic calendars.

- Manage confidential correspondence, document workflows,



and record retention systems aligned with school governance standards.

- Support special projects-school events, accreditation prep, policy rollouts-with end-to-end coordination and project tracking.
