About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Quick Commerce Manager to manage and grow our presence across Blinkit, Amazon and other online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Blinkit Seller Hub, product listing, inventory management, PO processing and dispatch operations. This is an execution-focused role for someone who can independently manage day-to-day marketplace operations and coordinate with warehouse, logistics and platform teams.

Key Responsibilities

Blinkit & Quick Commerce

- Manage day-to-day operations on Blinkit Seller Hub.
- Create and manage product listings, SKUs, images, descriptions, attributes and pricing.
- Manage purchase orders (POs), dispatches, appointments and in-warding.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch
- Monitor stock availability across Blinkit locations/dark stores.
- Track fill rate, order fulfilment, cancellations, rejections and stock-outs.
- Resolve listing, inventory, PO, dispatch and inwarding issues with Blinkit.
- Maintain accurate inventory and reconcile physical stock with platform inventory.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting SKU availability and sales.

Amazon & Other Marketplaces

- Manage Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces such as Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and Flipkart.
- Handle catalogue creation, listing optimisation, pricing and inventory.
- Monitor sales, orders, returns, cancellations and account health.
- Coordinate marketplace promotions and campaigns.
- Track marketplace performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Warehouse & Dispatch

- Coordinate daily order processing and dispatch.
- Ensure correct picking, packing, invoicing and shipment documentation.




- Maintain dispatch TAT and marketplace SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
- Track pending POs, undelivered shipments and inwarding discrepancies.
- Maintain SKU-wise inventory and stock ageing reports.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations.

• Hands-on experience with Blinkit is mandatory.

- Experience with Blinkit Seller Hub will be strongly preferred.
- Practical knowledge of PO management, dispatch and marketplace inventory.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred.
- Positive knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve operational issues quickly.
- Experience in consumer products, home furnishing, lifestyle, FMCG or D2C brands is an advantage.

Candidate Must Be Comfortable With

Listing → PO → Inventory → Picking → Packing → Dispatch → Delivery → Inwarding → Reconciliation The candidate should be an execution-oriented operator, not only a catalogue/listing executive.

Salary

INR 35,000–INR 60,000 per month, depending on experience and demonstrated Blinkit/Q-commerce expertise.

Candidates with strong hands-on Blinkit experience may be considered at a higher salary
