About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and eager E-Commerce Operations Executive to join our team. Every order placed on delcoshoes.com is a promise, and this role is what keeps that promise — making sure orders go out clean, correct and on time. In an omnichannel business, that touches stock, packaging, courier coordination and constant communication across teams. This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership over a function that directly shapes how customers experience Delco online.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own timely and accurate dispatch of every order placed on delcoshoes.com
2. Coordinate stock availability for online orders with the warehouse and stores
3. Ensure every order is picked, packed and handed to courier partners correctly and on schedule
4. Track dispatch status and proactively flag delays before they become customer complaints
5. Coordinate with delivery partners to resolve pickup or shipment issues quickly
6. Maintain accurate records of online order status, stock movement and dispatch timelines
7.



Work closely with the warehouse team to keep online stock accurate and available
8. Flag recurring issues in the dispatch process and suggest fixes
9. Take full accountability for the order journey, from confirmation to dispatch

Requirements

1. Open to freshers and experienced candidates — no fixed experience requirement
2. Comfortable working on computers, spreadsheets and basic order management systems
3. Highly organised, with no tolerance for missed or delayed orders
4. Strong sense of accountability — fixes problems instead of waiting to be told
5. Genuinely eager to grow with the business as it scales
6. Willing to work from Delhi-NCR (Kirti Nagar)

Preferred Skills (Valuable to Have)

- Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics or warehouse coordination
- Familiarity with order management systems or basic ERP tools
- Experience coordinating with courier or delivery partners
