Responsibilities

As Operations Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end operations and digital execution across channels, including:

- Creating and managing listings for recent products
- Image enhancement and content enrichment
- Checking and updating pricing, and applying approved discounts across marketplaces
- Updating Orders on software and coordination with order processing team for successful dispatches
- MIS preparation and reconciliation, marketplace-wise
- Keyword research and listing optimisation (titles, search terms, SEO)
- Liaising with the accountant on MIS, GRN and reconciliation matters
- Updating Shopify website banners, pricing and product pages
- Writing blogs and enhancing website content
- Planning and running WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Return updation management
- Creating Photo catalogs
- GRN (Goods Receipt Note) management for outward stock

Qualifications

Need to have a good hold on MS Excel and Powerpoint
