We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage online product listings and day-to-day marketplace operations across Etsy, Shopify, and Amazon. The candidate will be responsible for product uploads, listing optimization, inventory updates, order management, and maintaining accurate product information across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings on Etsy, Shopify, and Amazon.

- Upload product images, titles, descriptions, pricing, and product specifications.

- Optimize product listings using relevant keywords, SEO techniques, and marketplace guidelines.

- Manage inventory, stock updates, and product variations.

- Monitor orders, shipments, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.

- Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and up to date.

- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and marketing teams for smooth operations.

- Track product performance, sales reports, and listing-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and listing standards.

- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and online sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace listing.

- Hands-on knowledge of Etsy, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central.

- Good understanding of product listing, keyword research, and basic SEO.

- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple listings and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience managing multiple e-commerce platforms.

- Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and product catalog management.

- Knowledge of marketplace listing optimization and online selling practices.
