We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, marketplace operations, inventory coordination, promotions, and day-to-day performance monitoring across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, Meesho, and other relevant marketplaces.

- Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and keywords.

- Monitor and process online orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.

- Track sales, revenue,



product performance, conversion rates, and other e-commerce KPIs.

- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, discounts, offers, and campaigns.

- Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning, and market trends.

- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, sales, and conversion.

- Handle marketplace dashboards and resolve operational issues.

- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO, paid campaigns, and promotional activities.

- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, returns, and marketplace performance.

- Ensure product information and pricing remain accurate across all online channels.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
