About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Content & Marketplace SEO Specialist who can create and optimize high-quality product content for Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify.

The ideal person should understand that marketplace content is not just about writing good English — it needs to combine keyword research, customer search intent, product benefits, SEO, readability and conversion-focused copy.

Responsibilities

- Create and optimize Amazon & Flipkart product titles
- Write conversion-focused bullet points / key features
- Write product descriptions that communicate benefits, emotions and use cases
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search terms
- Optimize backend search terms / keywords
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Create content for Amazon A+ Content and Brand Store
- Write product and collection content for Shopify
- Research competitor listings and identify content gaps
- Improve existing listings based on keyword and performance data
- Ensure content follows current marketplace guidelines and character limits
- Convert technical product specifications into clear customer benefits
- Maintain consistent terminology across the product catalogue

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in Amazon / Flipkart product listing optimization
- Robust e-commerce copywriting skills




- Good understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword research
- Ability to write naturally without keyword stuffing
- Strong English grammar and proofreading skills
- Understanding of customer search intent and buying behavior
- Experience with A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content
- Experience with home décor, furniture, lighting or lifestyle products is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Important We are not looking for a generic content writer.

We want someone who understands:

Keyword → Search Intent → Listing Content → Click → Conversion

You should be able to explain why you selected a particular keyword, title structure or bullet point rather than simply producing AI-generated content.

Selection Process

Candidates should share

- Resume / profile
- 3–5 Amazon or Flipkart listing samples
- Before/after examples if available
- Briefly explain your experience with marketplace SEO
- Your expected freelance / monthly fee

Shortlisted candidates may be given a paid test assignment using one actual product.

Engagement

This is a freelance / part-time position with the possibility of ongoing work based on quality and performance.

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
