About the Role

Veloris Ecom is looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Catalogue & Product Upload Intern to support our product catalogue and e-commerce operations.

The selected candidate will receive practical training in product data management, catalogue creation, product uploads, categorisation, image preparation, and quality checking under the guidance of the Veloris Ecom team.

This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for freshers, graduates, diploma holders, and candidates looking to gain practical experience in e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Organise client-provided product information from Excel, CSV files, and shared folders.
- Upload product names, SKUs, descriptions, prices, stock information, specifications, and warranty details.
- Assign products to the correct categories, brands, and relevant attributes.
- Perform basic image cropping and resizing and upload images against the correct products.
- Identify missing information, duplicate records, and inconsistent data and report them to the supervisor.
- Check uploaded products for accuracy, completeness, and consistent formatting.




- Correct errors identified during internal reviews.
- Maintain daily task trackers and assist with weekly progress reports.
- Meet assigned product upload targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Positive attention to detail and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to read and understand English product information.
- Willingness to learn website backend operations and e-commerce workflows.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with repetitive tasks consistently.
- Ability to organise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Graduates, diploma holders, and candidates seeking their first work experience may apply.

Training Provided

- E-commerce admin panel and product upload workflows.
- Product data formatting, categorisation and attribute mapping.
- Basic product image cropping and resizing.
- Catalogue quality checks, error correction and progress reporting.
