### Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing activities to increase school visibility and admissions

Conduct field marketing activities in gated communities and nearby areas

Make calls to prospective parents and follow up on admission enquiries and leads

Handle lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels

Build relationships with communities, preschools and local partners

Generate and convert admission leads

Support school events, promotional activities and marketing campaigns

Assist with social media and digital marketing activities

Maintain and update lead and campaign reports

Coordinate with the admissions team for effective lead conversion





### What We’re Looking For

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in making calls and communicating with parents

Strong field marketing and networking abilities

Ability to interact confidently with parents and community members

Creative, proactive and target-oriented approach

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply

- Experience in education, admissions, telecalling or field marketing will be an advantage
