Astra Lumina School is looking for a agile and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team.

### Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing activities to increase school visibility and admissions
- Conduct field marketing activities in gated communities and nearby areas
- Make calls to prospective parents and follow up on admission enquiries and leads
- Handle lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels
- Build relationships with communities, preschools and local partners
- Generate and convert admission leads
- Support school events, promotional activities and marketing campaigns
- Assist with social media and digital marketing activities
- Maintain and update lead and campaign reports
- Coordinate with the admissions team for effective lead conversion





### What We’re Looking For

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in making calls and communicating with parents
- Strong field marketing and networking abilities
- Ability to interact confidently with parents and community members
- Creative, proactive and target-oriented approach
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
- Experience in education, admissions, telecalling or field marketing will be an advantage
