Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced DV360 Specialist to join our Programmatic Advertising team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Display & Video 360 (DV360) and strong knowledge of programmatic campaign management, optimization, and reporting.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability, and the ability to manage campaigns and deliver performance within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, launch, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns using DV360.
- Manage campaign setup including targeting, audiences, inventory, budgets, bidding, creatives, and tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to meet defined KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, creative, targeting, and performance-related issues.
- Manage pacing, budgets, bids, frequency, and audience targeting.
- Prepare and analyze campaign performance reports.
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution.




- Maintain campaign quality and follow established processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on programmatic advertising trends, platform updates, and industry developments.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience on papers/payroll.
- Strong hands-on experience with DV360 / Display & Video 360.
- Positive understanding of Programmatic Advertising / Digital Marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period are preferred.
