Target Audience

Participants will primarily be from IT, Finance & Procurement teams, mainly at the Junior Management level.

Training Requirements

- Learners are at A0 / Pre-A1 level, with little to no prior knowledge.
- Focus areas include:
- Conversational skills
- Business communication
- Workplace communication
- Progressive language proficiency
- Trainers will be responsible for designing and developing customized curriculum based on learner requirements.
- Experience or familiarity with the Manufacturing / Steel Industry will be an added advantage.

Trainer Requirements

- Robust experience in language training and teaching
- Local trainers based in Pune or Hyderabad will be given priority
- Ability to conduct effective classroom/in-person training




- Corporate language training experience preferred
- Ability to develop customized course content
- Native-level / near-native proficiency in Dutch
- Proposed trainers will undergo a client evaluation/interview, including assessment of language proficiency, subject-matter expertise, and suitability for the program

Certification/Examination Preparation: Currently under consideration and not yet confirmed. Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 per week
