Job Summary

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow the company’s online sales and e-commerce operations, including orders, inventory, product listings, marketplaces, delivery coordination, promotions, reporting, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily e-commerce operations, orders, fulfilment, and deliveries.
- Monitor online sales, revenue, orders, returns, cancellations, and marketplace performance.
- Manage product listings, pricing, catalogue updates, and inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, finance, and marketing teams.
- Plan and execute online promotions and social media activities.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Prepare and analyse e-commerce performance reports.
- Lead, train, and monitor the e-commerce team.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales.
- Experience with Shopify and marketplace platforms.
- Knowledge of inventory, POS, order processing, and fulfilment.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Robust leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
