Required Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat in a skilled manner.

- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

- Identify customer requirements and assist them with suitable solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their concerns.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

- Maintain a courteous, professional,



and customer-focused approach during every interaction.

- Follow company policies, processes, and service quality standards.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
