We are expanding the content engine at BitwellForge. We're looking for a sharp visual creator capable of translating complex B2B business concepts and revenue infrastructure frameworks into high-retention, cinematic visual documentaries.

Core Deliverables

- Long-form YouTube essays (8–15 minutes)
- High-impact, native video assets for LinkedIn (60–90 seconds)

What We Are Looking For

- Visual Style: High-production documentary pacing, paper textures, 3D overlays, custom motion graphics, and rich sound engineering (aligned with the production standard set by creators like Iman Gadzhi or Magnates Media).
- Pacing & Retention: Beyond just cutting clips—a deep instinct for narrative flow and audience retention psychology.
- Technical Stack: Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve, After Effects (motion design), and a disciplined sound design workflow.

Engagement Model

- Fully remote contractor role.
- Competitive project-based or monthly retainer structure based on execution quality and turnaround speed.
