Role Description The DM Cardiologist will provide comprehensive cardiac care, including diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of patients with cardiovascular conditions in an on-site setting located in Kutch district. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outpatient consultations, performing and interpreting cardiac investigations, collaborating on treatment plans, and providing emergency cardiac care as needed. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, participating in clinical meetings, and contributing to evidence-based protocols and guidelines.

The DM Cardiologist will also be expected to maintain accurate medical records,



ensure adherence to clinical and ethical standards, and participate in patient and family education. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Medicine with recognized medical degree (MBBS) and completion of DM in Cardiology from an accredited institution.
- Advanced expertise in Cardiology, including diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular heart disease.
- Competence in Interventional Cardiology procedures such as angiography, angioplasty, stenting, and related catheter-based interventions.
- Knowledge of Nuclear Medicine applications in cardiology, including interpretation of nuclear imaging for cardiac diagnosis.
- Experience in Vascular assessment and management, including coordination of care for peripheral vascular diseases.
- Valid medical license and registration with relevant medical councils; adherence to clinical governance and ethical standards.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure settings.
- Willingness to work in office in Kutch district and participate in continuous professional development, conferences, and trainings.
