Job Title: Distribution Staff Job Summary: Distribution Staff are responsible for the productive handling, storage, and delivery of products from the warehouse to customers or retail outlets. They ensure timely dispatch, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities: Receive, check, and organize incoming goods in the warehouse Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of shipments Load and unload delivery vehicles safely Coordinate with delivery drivers and logistics team Maintain inventory records and report stock shortages or damages Ensure timely delivery of products to customers or branches Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Keep the warehouse clean and organized Requirements: Minimum qualification:



10th / 12th / Any Degree Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations Ability to handle physical work (lifting, moving goods) Good communication and teamwork skills Basic computer knowledge is an advantage Prior experience in distribution/warehouse is preferred Skills Required: Time management Attention to detail Team coordination Problem-solving Physical stamina Working Conditions: Work in warehouse or distribution center May involve shifts (day/night) Standing for long hours and handling goods Salary &
