- Operations Oversight: Manage daily dispatch schedules, assign driver routes, and monitor deliveries in real time using GPS tracking software.

- Team Management: Supervise dispatchers and drivers, handle staffing and work rotas, provide training, and evaluate performance.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and sales teams to resolve transit delays or inventory issues.

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles and drivers follow transportation laws, safety standards, and company health guidelines.

- Data & Reporting: Track performance metrics such as on-time delivery rates, fuel usage, and shipping costs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a supervisory dispatch role.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, time management, and explicit communication under pressure.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
