We are looking for a Jr. Distribution Executive to support day-to-day distribution operations and ensure timely and accurate movement of pharmaceutical products from warehouse to customers, distributors, and other locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day pharmaceutical product distribution activities.
- Coordinate with distributors, transporters, warehouse and internal departments for timely dispatches.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch, delivery and distribution-related documents.
- Monitor order processing, dispatch status and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability and dispatch planning.
- Follow up with transporters for shipment status and timely delivery.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, delivery challans, LR details,



dispatch details and PODs.
- Handle distributor/customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, Production and other departments wherever required.
- Track pending deliveries, shortages, damages and other distribution-related issues and coordinate for resolution.
- Prepare regular MIS and distribution reports as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable pharmaceutical distribution practices.
- Perform other distribution-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.
