Dispatch Coordinator – Ocean21, Santacruz West

Ocean21 – The Gourmet Co. is looking for a responsible and organised Dispatch Coordinator for our office in Santacruz West, Mumbai.

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time, In-person

Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily customer orders and dispatches
- Check orders and quantities before dispatch
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery staff
- Prepare and maintain dispatch records
- Handle invoices, delivery challans and basic documentation
- Track deliveries and follow up on pending orders
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery status
- Maintain dispatch information in Excel
- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and email
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
- Candidates residing in Santacruz, Khar, Bandra, Vile Parle, Andheri or nearby areas preferred

Food, FMCG, distribution or logistics experience will be an advantage. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
