Job Summary

Mayura Packaging Private Limited is looking for a Dispatch Assistant to support our dispatch and logistics operations at our Palladam manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing environment and be capable of coordinating dispatch activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans and related records.
- Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Sales and Transport teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Check quantity, product details and packing condition before dispatch.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with drivers / transporters for timely loading and delivery.
- Maintain dispatch registers,



stock movement records and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper loading and documentation as per customer requirements.
- Track dispatched materials and follow up on delivery status.
- Support inventory and warehouse coordination whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all dispatch activities.
- Follow company safety, quality and operational procedures.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Warehouse / Stores operations.
- Experience in a Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics coordination.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
