Wanted Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch of sheet metal components and finished products to customers. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Production, Quality, Stores, Accounts, Sales, and Transporters to ensure that the right material is dispatched in the correct quantity and within the scheduled delivery time.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day dispatch activities for sheet metal components and finished products.
- Check the customer order, part number, drawing/reference number, quantity, and dispatch requirements before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality departments to ensure materials are ready for dispatch.
- Verify the quantity and condition of finished components before loading.
- Ensure products are properly packed to avoid scratches, dents, bending, or other damage during transportation.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents such as Delivery Challan, Invoice, Packing List, and E-Way Bill.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice and billing requirements.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.
- Prepare the daily dispatch schedule based on customer delivery requirements.




- Ensure proper labeling and identification of sheet metal components before dispatch.
- Supervise loading of materials and ensure correct quantity is loaded into the vehicle.
- Maintain records of dispatched materials, customer details, vehicle details, and delivery status.
- Follow up with transporters regarding the status of dispatched materials.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and delivery-related requirements.
- Inform the concerned departments about any delay, shortage, rejection, or transportation issue.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of dispatch records.
- Prepare daily and monthly dispatch reports for management.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, Sales, and Accounts to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Ensure that dispatch activities are carried out according to company procedures and safety requirements.
