- Receive and verify orders from medical shops and sales representatives.

- Pick medicines and medical products according to customer orders.

- Check product name, quantity, batch number and expiry date before dispatch.

- Prepare and arrange invoices, delivery challans and other dispatch documents.

- Properly pack medicines for transportation.

- Deliver goods safely and on time to different medical shops.

- Collect delivery acknowledgements and, where applicable, payment/COD.

- Coordinate with medical shops regarding delivery schedules and order requirements.

- Maintain daily records of dispatched and delivered goods.

- Report shortages, damaged products, wrong items or delivery issues to the supervisor.





- Handle product returns and coordinate with the warehouse/accounts team.

- Maintain proper handling and storage of medicines during transportation.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Warehouse teams.

- Ensure all deliveries are made to the correct customer and address.

Requirements

- Education: 10th / 12th pass; graduate preferred.

- Experience: 0–2 years in dispatch, delivery, logistics, warehouse or pharmaceutical distribution.

- Basic knowledge of invoices, stock and delivery documents.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
