About the Role
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, challenging conventional thinking and converting strategy into measurable business outcomes.
The role will operate from the CFO’s Office , working closely with the Group CEO and senior leadership. You will work across functions including technology, AI, operations, finance, product and business teams, often without direct authority over the teams required to execute the change.
The ideal candidate combines structured problem-solving, strong business acumen, executive presence and exceptional execution capability .
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Problem Solving
- Work directly with senior leadership on ambiguous, high-impact business problems.
- Structure complex problems using data, analytics and first-principles thinking.
- Develop hypotheses, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
1. Technology & AI-led Programs
- Work with technology and business teams to identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, data and digital technologies to transform business processes.
- Evaluate potential use cases based on business impact, feasibility and scalability.
- Drive cross-functional implementation of technology and AI initiatives.
- Establish clear success metrics and track the commercial and operational impact of transformation programs.
1. Enterprise Transformation
- Identify and drive high-priority business transformation initiatives across the organisation.
- Translate broad strategic priorities into clearly defined programs, workstreams, owners and measurable outcomes.
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives from problem definition through implementation and impact measurement.
- Challenge existing processes and business assumptions to identify opportunities for significant improvement.
1. Program Leadership & Execution
- Act as the single-threaded owner for critical transformation programs.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams across the organisation to ensure timely execution.
- Establish governance mechanisms, milestones, KPIs and accountability structures.
- Identify execution risks and remove roadblocks through effective stakeholder management.
- Ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes rather than simply completing activities.
1. Executive Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with the Group CEO, CFO and senior leadership team on strategic priorities.
- Prepare concise, data-driven updates and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making by presenting clear options, trade-offs, risks and expected outcomes.
- Influence senior stakeholders and functional leaders without relying on formal authority.
1. Build the Transformation Team
- Build and mentor a small, high-performing team of transformation professionals and analysts.
- Initially lead a team of approximately 2 analysts , with the potential to scale the team to 4–5 members.
- Establish a culture of ownership, analytical rigour, speed and accountability.
- Develop frameworks and ways of working that can be replicated across future transformation initiatives.
What We Are Looking For Must-have
- 8–14 years of strong professional experience , with a track record of solving complex business problems and driving large-scale initiatives.
- Experience from a top-tier strategy consulting environment such as McKinsey, BCG or Bain , ideally at Senior Associate / Engagement Manager level, OR equivalent experience from organisations such as Amazon, Google, Meta or other high-calibre technology businesses.
- Solid analytical and quantitative capabilities, with the ability to work comfortably with business metrics, financial data and business cases.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional program leadership and transformation .
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills,
particularly when working without direct authority.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action and ownership.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in digital transformation, AI/GenAI, automation or technology-led business transformation .
- Experience moving from consulting into an operating or strategy role.
- Experience working in a CEO Office, CFO Office, Strategy, Business Operations or Transformation function.
- Experience building or managing small, high-performing teams.
- Exposure to healthcare, insurance, fintech, technology or other complex, regulated businesses is useful but not mandatory .

- Influential – Can align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- High ownership – Treats an initiative as their own and stays accountable for the outcome.
- Comfortable with ambiguity – Does not need a predefined playbook or detailed instructions to get started.
