Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and overall direction to the organization.

- Develop and implement organizational goals, business plans, policies and growth strategies.

- Oversee the functioning of all major departments and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

- Monitor overall financial performance, budgets, revenue and cost management.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, institutions and clients.

- Lead and support senior management in achieving business and operational targets.

- Review organizational performance through regular MIS, reports and key metrics.

- Identify recent business opportunities, partnerships and areas for expansion.

- Ensure effective implementation of policies, processes and compliance requirements.





- Represent the organization in important meetings, events and external engagements.

- Take key strategic and operational decisions in consultation with senior management.

- Develop and maintain a strong organizational culture focused on performance, accountability and growth.

- Oversee recruitment, development and retention of key leadership and functional teams.

- Ensure quality standards across academic, administrative and business operations.

- Report organizational performance and strategic updates to the Board/Promoters/Management.
