We are hiring for one of our clients for a senior leadership role combining procurement domain expertise, consulting experience and enterprise SaaS product leadership .

About the Role

Own the vision, strategy and execution of an enterprise Source-to-Pay (S2P) SaaS platform . Work closely with leadership, engineering, design, sales and enterprise customers to build and scale procurement solutions with AI and Agentic AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Define product vision, strategy and quarterly/annual roadmaps.
- Translate strategic sourcing, category management, RFx, e-auctions, supplier management and spend analytics requirements into scalable product workflows.
- Lead customer discovery, product validation, prioritisation and adoption.
- Own the end-to-end S2P journey, spanning requisitions, sourcing, contracts, purchase orders, supplier collaboration, invoices and analytics.
- Develop AI and Agentic AI capabilities that improve savings, cycle time and compliance.
- Partner with Engineering, UX and QA to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Drive integrations with SAP, ERP, finance systems and third-party platforms.
- Build,



mentor and lead a high-performing Product Management team.
- Support pre-sales, solution design and strategic customer engagements.

Candidate Requirements

- Deep expertise in sourcing and procurement processes.
- Procurement or supply chain consulting experience with enterprise clients.
- Hands-on Product Lead / Product Owner experience with an S2P or procurement SaaS platform.
- Proven experience building B2B enterprise SaaS products from initial launch through scale.
- Solid ownership of product strategy, roadmaps and customer outcomes.
- Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers.
- Working knowledge of GenAI, Agentic AI, APIs, cloud technologies and enterprise integrations.

Education

- B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
- MBA / PGDM from a Tier 1 institute strongly preferred, ideally specialising in Operations, Supply Chain or Strategy.
- Relevant procurement, supply chain or product management certifications are an advantage.

Preferred Exposure SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Zycus or comparable S2P platforms; contract lifecycle management; supplier risk; ERP applications; procurement technology implementation or pre-sales.
