Department

Position: Technical Production & sale Support The employee will be responsible for handling both Technical Sales activities and Technical/Product activities.

1. Technical Sales Responsibilities

- Understand customer product and application requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries, samples approval
- Regularly follow up with work orders.
- sale team with meetings, product discussions and trials.
- Maintain product and follow-up records.
- Work towards the company’s monthly targets.
- Develop current die and product

1. Technical & Production Responsibilities

* Understand customer drawings, samples, dimensions and applications.




- Coordinate new product/profile development with the production team.
- Support customers in product selection and fitting/application.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams regarding customer requirements.
- Follow up on sample development and trial results.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints related to dimensions, hardness, fitting, surface finish and product quality.
- Provide technical feedback from customers to the production team.
- Support improvement and development of existing products
