As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will be Campx's gateway in your region. You'll build trusted relationships with institutional leadership and lead them into the next chapter of how campuses run. If you're the person colleges call before they make a big decision, keep reading.

What You'll Do
- Represent Campx in your region and act as our first point of contact with institutions
- Identify and engage key decision makers, including Chairpersons, Secretaries, Principals, Directors and Registrars (the people who actually say yes)
- Understand each institution's structure, challenges and ambitions through on-ground meetings
- Organise workshops with leadership teams to show what an AI-powered campus can look like
- Build long-term relationships, then hand over to our solutions team to take things forward




- Share regular market insights and pipeline updates with the Campx leadership team

What You Bring
- 2+ years in higher education, EdTech, institutional sales or B2B relationship management
- A strong network among college and university management in your region
- Proven sales skills, with the ability to win trust before you win a deal
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for research, pitch preparation and follow-ups (we'll know if you've only read about them)
- A valuable understanding of the Indian higher education ecosystem, including affiliations, NAAC, NBA and NEP
- Fluency in English and the regional language(s) of your territory
- A preference for campus visits over cubicles
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar for managing leads and pipelines
