Job Overview

We are looking for a confident Digital Sales Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and convert enquiries into sales. The candidate should have excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide product information.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Explain products, services, offers, and pricing.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer and call records.




- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations where required.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on leads and follow-ups.
