Job Summary

Harwell Global is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Media Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience to promote our company brand across digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for social media management, video content creation, digital campaigns, and running Meta and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company brand.
- Manage company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging videos, reels, posts, and promotional content.
- Plan and publish regular social media content.
- Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research.
- Coordinate with the internal team to create marketing campaigns and promotional content.
- Track digital marketing performance and prepare basic reports.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and digital marketing techniques.





Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a similar role.
- Positive knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in social media handling and content creation.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills.
- Creative thinking and good communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and audience-focused content.
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and campaign optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
