Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads for the consultancy.

Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring online engagement, and coordinating online marketing initiatives. The role also involves tracking performance using web analytics tools, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements.



Collaboration with internal teams to align messaging, maintain consistent branding, and support promotional activities is an essential part of the position.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong Social Media Marketing skills to manage platforms, grow audience, and engage prospective clients.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Effective Communication skills for clear messaging, client interaction, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to create and manage digital content (copy and basic visuals) tailored to educational consulting audiences.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing fundamentals is preferred.
- Prior experience in an education, consulting, or services workplace is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
