WE'RE HIRING — Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and motivated person who can manage social media, run Meta Ads, create graphics, and edit videos.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook & other social media platforms
- Plan and create engaging social media content
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Create and edit Reels, short-form videos & promotional videos
- Design social media posts, banners & ad creatives
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Monitor engagement and campaign performance
- Stay updated with social media trends

Required Skills
- Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager
- Video Editing — CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.
- Graphic Design — Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Social Media Management
- Basic understanding of digital marketing
- Creative thinking and good understanding of social media trends

Good to Have
- Experience creating Instagram Reels
- Content writing/copywriting skills




- Lead generation campaign experience
- Understanding of Meta Ads metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL & ROAS

Compensation

First 3 Months: Up to ₹3,000/month

From 4th Month: ₹10,000 per month Bonus/Client-based incentives

Compensation from the 4th month will depend on performance, responsibilities and client work.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
