Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Trivandrum

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the health sector to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This role is central to building our brand presence, driving patient engagement, and supporting the growth of our healthcare offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans for health-focused products and services.
- Lead digital, print, and event-based campaigns that align with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, and sales to align messaging and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
- Manage content creation and thought leadership across health sector channels.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the healthcare industry.
- Deep understanding of health sector dynamics, including regulatory frameworks and patient needs.




- Robust analytical skills and comfort with marketing performance tools (CRM, analytics dashboards).
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Master’s preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience launching new health products or services.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Sales force Health Cloud, Google Analytics, and social media ad managers.
