We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our digital marketing activities for residential real estate sales.

This is an independent role where the candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and managing digital marketing activities end-to-end, with the primary objective of generating high-quality sales leads and supporting residential property sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on residential real estate lead generation and sales.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads for residential projects and continuously improve lead quality, CPL, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Manage the company's social media presence, including content planning, posting, campaign execution, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, website traffic, keyword rankings, and organic lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research,



competitor analysis, audience research, and market research relevant to residential real estate.
- Manage website landing pages and coordinate improvements required for better lead conversion and user experience.
- Create and manage lead-generation funnels from ad landing page/website lead sales team.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant tools.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality, follow-up status, and conversion performance.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on leads generated, CPL, conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Identify current digital channels, tools, and opportunities to improve residential sales lead generation.
- Take complete ownership of day-to-day digital marketing execution without depending on a separate marketing team.
