Job Title: Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Manager Experience: 3–6 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 5 Industry: EV Charging Job Overview We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Manager who can independently manage the company's complete digital marketing function, including performance marketing, lead generation, SEO, GEO, social media, analytics, and growth .

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's end-to-end digital marketing strategy. Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns . Drive qualified leads through paid, organic, social media, and other digital channels.

Manage SEO, GEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and organic growth . Manage GA4 and Google Search Console to track traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance. Develop and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels.

Plan and scale UGC-based ads and continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging. Manage social media strategy, content, engagement, and audience growth. Identify and manage influencer collaborations for brand awareness and lead generation.





Track and optimise CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rates . Stay updated with Google, Meta, SEO, AI/GEO, and digital marketing trends .

Required Skills Robust hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads . Strong knowledge of SEO, GEO, and organic growth . Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Search Console . Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing . Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimisation.

Experience with UGC ads, social media, and influencer marketing . Strong analytical, copywriting, and campaign optimisation skills. Ability to independently manage campaigns with minimal supervision. Strong ownership and cross-functional coordination skills.
