DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD / GROWTH MANAGER*

We are building an in-house Digital Marketing & Creative team to manage the growth of two businesses ,Mazus Hotels & Resorts. and an upcoming D2C E-commerce Brand.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead who can take ownership of digital growth, performance marketing, campaign strategy and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy for both businesses
- Lead Meta, Google, YouTube and other paid campaigns
- Plan and manage advertising budgets
- Develop customer acquisition strategies
- Optimise campaigns for leads, bookings, revenue and ROAS
- Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Develop remarketing and retargeting strategies
- Monitor GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and other analytics platforms
- Establish KPIs and performance reporting




- Lead weekly marketing/performance reviews
- Manage and mentor the digital marketing team
- Coordinate with management on campaigns and growth priorities

We’re Looking For:

- 2 + years of digital/performance marketing experience
- Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA and conversion rates
- Experience with GA4 and conversion tracking
- Experience in hospitality, travel, e-commerce or D2C is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of creative performance and digital funnels
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
