Job Summary

Beegains Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Faculty member to teach, mentor, and guide students in modern digital marketing practices. The ideal candidate combines hands-on practical skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and prepare students for real-world careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and online sessions on digital marketing topics
- Teach core modules, including:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads / PPC)
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Content Marketing and Copywriting
- Email Marketing and Marketing Automation
- Web Analytics (Google Analytics 4, Search Console)
- Affiliate Marketing and Influencer Marketing
- Conduct live projects, case studies, workshops, and practical assignments
- Prepare and update lesson plans and course content as per industry trends
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects
- Guide students on building portfolios, certifications, and internship opportunities
- Provide career counselling and interview preparation support
- Maintain attendance, progress reports,



and academic records
- Stay updated on the latest tools, algorithm changes, and AI-driven marketing trends
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager on batch schedules, student feedback, and academy activities
- Support placement activities and coordinate with industry partners

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field (MBA/PG preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or in teaching/training digital marketing
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Malayalam is an added advantage)
